Artificial Intelligence (AI) Art Generators are becoming a thing right now and it makes me wonder, who is the creator and the owner of the Art? The images I “created” below is from the website Midjourney. The only thing I had to do to create them was to give it a command, or text prompt. Then it would automagically process and produce an image.
Luckily, the answer is in the Terms of Service under 4. Copyright and Trademark. Essentially, it depends. In my case, I’m using these images as such:

If you are not a Paid Member, Midjourney grants you a license to the Assets under the Creative Commons Noncommercial 4.0 Attribution International License (the “Asset License”).
